Learn how to place a bid on our platform with our simple step-by-step guide. Discover the bidding process, requirements, and tips to help you submit your bid successfully.

  1. Log in (for existing bidders) or sign up (for first-time bidders).
  2. Navigate to the "All Units" section from the main menu. You will see a list of repossessed motorcycles and tricycles currently up for bidding.
  3. Click on any listing to view its full details, including photos, condition notes, starting bid price, current highest bid, and the auction countdown timer.
  4. In the bid input field, type your desired bid amount. Your bid must be equal to or greater than the minimum next bid shown on the page.
  5. Click "Place Bid".
  6. Watch the listing for updates. If another bidder outbids you, you will receive a notification prompting you to place a new, higher bid. You can return to the listing at any time to raise your bid before the auction ends.
  7. When the auction ends and you are the highest bidder, you will receive a winning notification via email. This will contain your order summary and a link to proceed to checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay anything to register or place a bid?

Registration is free. There is no fee to place a bid. You are only required to pay if you win an auction and your bid is
accepted as the highest qualifying bid.
What happens if I win the bidding but fail to pay on time?

Failure to complete payment within the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your winning bid. The unit may be re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder. Repeated non-payment may lead to suspension of your account.
Can I cancel or retract my bid?

Bids are generally binding once placed and confirmed. Bid retraction is not typically allowed. Please ensure you are committed to purchasing the unit at your bid amount before submitting.
What if two bidders place the same amount?

In case of a tie, the bid that was placed first (earliest timestamp) is recognized as the leading bid. The system records the exact time of each bid submission.
Is my personal information kept secure?

Yes. Your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. Your details are used solely for account management, bid verification, and transaction processing purposes.
